#LifeMatters: Harmony | Hope | Healing
Meet Coach Debbie
Everyday, Debbie is impacting people and changing communities to live in
harmony, embrace hope, and find healing.
Debbie is a Mental Health Advocate, Wellness Counselor, Freedom Coach,
Communications Specialist, Organizational Consultant, and Existential Therapist. She
created the #LifeMatters Campaign in 2014 to flood the internet and social media outlets
with a message of hope for suicide prevention. Her goal is to help bring awarness to
Mental Health, stop the stigma, and save lives from suicide.

Coach Debbie is sincerely avid about helping women and youth solve problems to
unlock their potential- mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. She believes words
are transformative which is why she uses her communications and therapeutic
background to help women build their self-esteem, use their words effectively,
improve how they relate to challenging people or situations, manifest their dreams
and ultimately, resolve conflicts in harmony and peace.
Debbie's vision is to save one million families through an integrated and holistic lens of art therapy, infant mental health, mindfulness, and faith-based practices. Debbie values the power of relationships and empowers families to reconnect through learning how to heal past trauma and adverse childhood experiences. Coach Debbie is living proof that pain cannot destroy your purpose. Each day, she uses her life experiences and expertise to inspire everyone to let their God given gifts shine!
